George W. Dodge serves as a Conservator and Guardian in Arlington and Fairfax Circuit Courts. He has been a Special Justice in Arlington County since May 1988, presiding over several thousand civil commitment cases. He has also served on the Virginia Commission on Mental Health Reform beginning in 2006 and the Virginia Guardianship Task Force that proposed an overhaul of Virginia's guardianship law that was enacted in 1997. He has authored, Images of America-Arlington National Cemetery, published by Arcadia Publishing.

Staff member Desiree Adragna has worked in the office since January 2012. She received her B.A. in Criminology, Law and Society from George Mason University in 2012 and is working on her Masters Degree. Desiree is experienced in preparing court inventories, accountings, and assists with probate and estate planning documents.

Staff member Raquel Escobar is our newest team member. She is trained to work with persons under disability and has extensive experience with documents research and deed preparation.
